Business Problem

ResultPlan operated in the online meal services space with a well-defined product offering, but its digital presence was not equipped to support sales or lead generation effectively. The platform lacked the structural clarity needed to communicate calorie-based meal plans, delivery options, and ordering steps in a way that resonated with first-time visitors.

Without a guided user journey, potential customers were unable to quickly assess the value of the service or identify a clear next step, resulting in missed conversions and unfocused enquiries. The business required a purpose-built eCommerce web application that could simplify the presentation of its services, align visitor expectations with the product offering, and actively drive measurable business outcomes.

About the project

ResultPlan is an online meal services platform that needed a website designed to actively support sales and lead generation, not just showcase information. The primary goal was to simplify how meal services were presented so visitors could quickly understand the value, available plans, and the next step to get started.

We rebuilt the platform using Next.js and WordPress, focusing on clarity, structure, and conversion flow. Service pages were organized to explain offerings in a simple, step-by-step manner, supported by clean layouts and clear calls to action. The experience was designed to naturally guide users from discovery to enquiry, resulting in a purposeful eCommerce web app that aligns user expectations with ResultPlan’s business goals.

Projects Challenges

ResultPlan required more than a standard web build; it demanded a disciplined approach to UX architecture, content strategy, and eCommerce engineering, all working in concert to transform a complex meal service offering into a clear, conversion-driven digital experience.

Resulat Plan project Challenge

Translating Service Complexity into Clarity

Restructuring calorie-based meal plans, delivery cadences, and subscription tiers into a digestible user experience required careful content architecture and component-level UI planning.

Rebuilding for Conversion

Re-engineering the site for lead generation meant defining clear conversion pathways, strategic CTA placement, and a page flow designed to move visitors through the acquisition funnel.

Headless WordPress and NextJS Integration

Delivering a high-performance NextJS frontend alongside a WordPress CMS required precise API structuring, dynamic routing, and seamless backend-to-frontend content synchronisation.

Subscription and Order Flow Engineering

Building a reliable eCommerce workflow, covering plan selection, checkout, recurring orders, and delivery scheduling, demanded a well-architected backend for both one-time and subscription-based transactions.

Delivery Scheduling Across a Regional Network

Implementing weekly and fortnightly delivery slot allocation with UK-wide dispatch coordination required backend logic that was operationally precise and client-manageable.

Responsive Performance Across All Devices

Maintaining UI consistency and fast load times across all screen sizes required responsive layout engineering, code splitting, and performance-first component design.
