MarinerCRM is a buy-side industry web application built to support investment firms in managing client relationships, internal workflows, and data-driven decision-making. The client needed a clear shift in how the platform looked, functioned, and communicated its value, moving from a functional system to a polished product that feels intuitive and professional for daily use.

We redesigned and enhanced the platform using React, Python, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, focusing on usability, structure, and performance. The interface was refined to present complex CRM workflows in a more digestible way, while backend improvements ensured stability and efficiency. Every update was aimed at helping users navigate data confidently, understand platform capabilities faster, and work more effectively within a buy-side investment environment.
