Iconivo set out to make carbon offsetting easier to understand, but the way information was presented did not fully support that goal. Users were introduced to data and concepts that required effort to interpret, which slowed down their ability to connect with the platform’s purpose. Instead of guiding users toward action, the experience creates pauses where clarity was expected.
For a platform built on awareness and accountability, even a small point of confusion can reduce engagement. Iconivo needed a more structured and intuitive way to present its services, where users could quickly understand what the platform offers, how it works, and why it matters, without needing prior knowledge of carbon offsetting.
Iconivo is a carbon offset web platform built to help users track and understand their carbon footprint through a simple and visually appealing interface. Their aim was to present environmental data in a clear way, allowing users to review their impact and make informed choices. They also required a setup that their team could manage comfortably.
We built the platform on WordPress to keep content updates smooth and accessible. Custom HTML and CSS shaped a layout that balances informative content with a clean visual style. JavaScript supports controlled interactions that guide users through different sections without confusion. This structure helps users navigate carbon data with ease while giving the Conivo team full control over ongoing updates.
